Q. Are your services available for anyone?
A. Yes! We primarily assist older adults who are down-sizing from their home to retirement communities or condominiums; however, our services are for anyone with moving in their future.

Q. I don't live in your area but my parents do. Can you help me move them?
A. Yes. We can coordinate the move with you over the phone and via email. Key to our relationship is mutual communication. We have capabilities of delivering certain concierge services should you travel into town to maximize your time here and conduct Webinars as needed to include other family members from around the country. Keeping you in the loop during the process will give you peace of mind and your parent(s) secure in the knowledge that they are not alone in the process.

Q. What happens if it rains or snows?
A. If there is bad weather on moving day it may increase the cost of your move because ice, snow and torrential downpours can impede progress. Our preferred alliance moving partner is experienced and will be prepared to handle the situation. While it is important to keep prearranged moving schedules we will never knowingly jeopardize your belongings, our employees, or our equipment by operating in dangerous weather. If a move must be rescheduled we can certainly do that.
